New York—Forbes Media, parent of Forbes.com, announced it has acquired Clipmarks, a service that enables people to clip and share text and other content from Web pages. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Forbes.com separately announced it has debuted the Forbes Audience Network. The network of Forbes premium sites offers advertisers an opportunity to achieve targeted impressions in an editorially compatible environment, according to the company. The sites in the network include Forbes.com, ForbesTraveler.com, ForbesAutos.com, Investopedia.com, RealClearPolitics.com and Clipmarks.com, with a combined reach of about 20 million business professionals.
