New York—Forbes Media and Century Properties Group, a Philippine real estate company, announced they will partner to build the Forbes Media Tower in Makati, Philippines. This is the first commercial office building in what is expected to be a network of Forbes Media Towers around the world. “Forbes has always been an authoritative resource for the world's business leaders, and this tower further reinforces our long-standing mission,” said Mike Perlis, president-CEO of Forbes Media, in a statement. Space in the building, located in the Manila metropolitan area, will be available for sale or rent by the first quarter of next year, Forbes Media said in a news release.
