Forrester: CRM market to hit nearly $74 million by 2007

Cambridge, Mass.--The market for customer relationship management software and services, after shrinking 2% in 2002, will grow 11% annually over the next five years, reaching $73.8 million in 2007, according to a report by Forrester Research Inc. Forrester said services will account for 56.8% of the total CRM market in 2007.
