Freeman, BDMetrics join to enhance live events with online tools

Dallas—Freeman, an event marketing company, and BDMetrics, which provides Web-based personalization technology, Wednesday announced a strategic partnership that will enable show organizers to enhance live, face-to-face events with online media.

For example, attendees can receive personalized agendas mapped to their needs, including their own personal “walking map” of the show before they arrive. Exhibitors are also able to reach attendees who have a special interest in their products and services through the online tools.

The two companies currently serve many common clients that have previously enlisted their services independently, including CTIAWireless, the National Association of Broadcasters and the National Association of Convenience Stores.

The companies said one of the main objectives of the strategic partnership is to develop proprietary digital products and services.
