Genesys announces visual desktop for agents

San Francisco--Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc., a subsidiary of Alcatel, announced the release of Contact Navigator, a desktop application for customer service agents in voice and Web-enabled contact centers. The visual desktop lets agents manage multiple customer interactions across a variety of media and works with CRM systems from SAP, Siebel Systems, PeopleSoft and IBM. It can also be used as a desktop for Genesys applications by companies that do not have complete CRM suites. Genesys Contact Navigator is also available as an option for Genesys Suite 6 solutions. Pricing starts at $500 per seat.
