Gerald Levin to retire from AOL Time Warner

New York--AOL Time Warner Inc. said CEO Gerald Levin will retire in May and be replaced by co-COO Richard Parsons. Robert Pittman, the media giant's other co-CCO, will become sole CCO. Steve Case will remain chairman of the company.
