Giga study: Execs still waiting to see benefits of exchanges

New York--A study conducted by Giga Information Group and Booz Allen Hamilton found that most companies are still waiting to see the benefits of b-to-b exchanges. The survey found that companies expect to conduct the bulk of direct and indirect materials spending through exchanges over the next three years. Executives also acknowledged their organizations will have to change to take advantage of the benefits offered by exchanges.
