GlobalSpec launches product-specific e-newsletters

Troy, N.Y.—GlobalSpec, a vertical search engine for engineers, announced it has added three monthly publications to its stable of e-newsletters.

GlobalSpec said the three e-newsletters—“Industrial MRO,” “MEMS Technology” and “Medical Equipment Design”—are the first in a series of 14 newsletters that it will add to its publication roster between now and July.

GlobalSpec currently publishes about 40 e-newsletters, including “Techs & Specs,” a weekly engineering-focused e-newsletter with more than 1 million subscribers. The company’s combined subscriber base totals more than 2 million.

GlobalSpec’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Angela Hribar said in a statement, “With the addition of these product-specific publications to our suite of e-newsletters, we are giving our readers what they are looking for, while offering companies looking to reach a targeted audience of engineering, technical and industrial professionals a way to increase product and brand awareness; drive qualified, targeted Web traffic; and broaden their visibility and exposure.”
