GMI acquires three companies

Published on .

Seattle—Global Market Insite has acquired three companies—Seattle-based NetReflector, Shanghai-based Insight and Drobak, Norway-based MI Pro AS.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Each of the companies will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of GMI, a global Internet-based market research company.

The acquisitions will strengthen GMI’s plan to deliver a consolidated operating system to link research suppliers, research buyers and respondents in real time.

GMI has also formed a new strategic alliance with ARO Sistemas in São Paolo, Brazil, to expand its Latin American presence.
