Google offers more than 14 million shares

Mountain View, Calif.—Google announced Thursday that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities & Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of an additional 14 million shares of its Class A common stock. Morgan Stanley & Co. and Credit Suisse First Boston are acting as joint “book-running” managers, and Allen & Co. is acting as co-manager of the offering.
