Mountain View, Calif.—Google announced Tuesday that it has rebranded its Custom Search Business Edition enterprise search product as Google Site Search. Part of the reason for the change was to streamline the product name.

Google also announced enhanced indexing for all Site Search customers to give them more control over indexing pages on their sites.

“This allows administrators to tell Google about all the pages on their site that Google might not be indexing for some reason,” said Matthew Glotzbach, product management director for Google Enterprise.
