Is Google's remarketing for b-to-b advertisers?

In the Godfrey “B2B Insights blog” Melinda Bauer contemplates the potential uses of Google's remarketing or re-targeting program, which allows advertisers to target marketing messages to users who have previously visited a website as they travel elsewhere on the Google Content Network. Bauer likes the possibilities, writing: “Basically, it fulfills the saying ‘Advertising is advertising if it's not helpful or useful. If it's helpful then its information.'
