Published on .

Mountain View, Calif.—Google has changed the way it displays search results, with new features that enhance users' social activities with more Google+ profiles, business pages and photos from Google+ and Picasa. Called Search Plus Your World, Google's new display now will include such personal results as social posts and photos, people the user is socially connected to and Google+ pages related to special topics or areas of interest. Google's newly displayed search results “understand not only content but also people and relationships,” according to the company. Users may opt out of the new features, which will be rolled out over the next few days.
