Mountain View, Calif.—Google said it will now distribute advertising across the Web sites of VNU’s U.S. and European b-to-b publications.
The partnership involves such VNU publications as Adweek, Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, Progressive Grocer and Successful Meetings. The agreement calls for Google’s Adsense contextual ads to appear across VNU’s global network of Web sites.
"Google is committed to b-to-b categories," said David Hirsch, director of b-to-b vertical markets at Google. "Targeting this level of business content provides our marketers with incredible reach."
Google has existing partnerships with business media companies Ziff Davis, Hanley Wood, Reed Business Information and TechTarget.
