Chicago—The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau has selected Critical Mass, Chicago, as its digital agency of record. Critical Mass will be responsible for developing a digital strategy to raise awareness of Miami as a travel destination for business and leisure travelers. The budget was undisclosed.
