Haggin Marketing acquires SolutionSet

San Francisco—Direct marketing services agency Haggin Marketing has acquired digital marketing agency SolutionSet.

Based in Palo Alto, Calif., SolutionSet has built integrated marketing solutions for such clients as eBay, TIVO and Autodesk. The acquisition adds more than 100 employees to Haggin Marketing, for a total of 400.

Haggin, which offers data management and trigger-based direct marketing solutions, serves such clients as adidas, American Express, AT&T, eBay and Sunglass Hut International. Within the last three years, Haggin has acquired database company I-Centrix, Coupons Inc. doing business as Getmembers.com, and Chicago Catalog Group.

Financial terms of the SolutionSet acquisition were not disclosed. —Christopher Hosford
