Washington, D.C.—Hanley Wood, which targets the housing and construction industries, has named Christopher Veator as president of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence. He succeeds Andrew Reid, who was promoted to the newly created position of president-digital and strategic development.
Before joining Hanley Wood, Veator was exec VP-global intellectual property services at Thomson Reuters. At Hanley Wood, Veator will focus on expanding the company's data and information services portfolio.
In his new position, Reid will develop and execute Hanley Wood's digital strategy with an enterprisewide focus. Reid joined the publisher in 2007.
