Hanley Wood buys ‘Pro AV’ magazine

Washington, D.C.—Construction publishing company Hanley Wood has acquired PRO AV and its Web site (www.proavmagazine.com) from Ascend Media.

Financial terms were not disclosed. PRO AV, a 20,000 circulation monthly, targets professional AV integrators, contractors, consultants, resellers and end users. The PRO AV properties will be part of Hanley Wood’s Design Group, which includes Digital Home.
