Harris Interactive acquires Novatris

Rochester, N.Y.--Harris Interactive Thursday announced it has acquired Novatris S.A., an online market researcher based in Paris.

Novatris will become part of Harris Interactive's HI Europe subsidiary. It will serve as HI Europe's service bureau to provide data collection to other research companies.

Harris granted 50,000 stock options to Novatris company founders Patrick Van Bloeme and Nathalie Perrio-Combeaux as part of the deal. The options are valued at $427,500.
