San Antonio, Texas--Direct marketing company Harte-Hanks announced it has acquired Avellino Technologies, a data profiling technology company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Harte-Hanks will combine Avellino with Trillium Software, its data quality division, and said it will offer the solutions as either standalone products or as an integrated solution.
