The enhancements will include Diamond Data, a new distribution channel product created through a partnership with salesforce.com, an on-demand software company. Diamond Data is powered by Trillium software and the Harte-Hanks CI Technology Database in conjunction with salesforce.com's AppExchange.
Diamond Data is a new on-demand channel for companies that want a Web-based hosted service.
In the past year, Harte-Hank's Trillium has also partnered with companies such as Informatica and DWL, both data integration companies, and Siebel, a CRM provider, to give clients better integration with data providers.
Harte-Hanks said it will also introduce customized third-party data for clients, drawn from 5,000 data sources and prepackaged as bundles of customer information called TS Enrichment.
