Harte-Hanks appoints Shulby managing director for database operations

Billerica, Mass.—Direct marketing company Harte-Hanks announced the appointment of William Shulby as managing director of its database operations. Shulby, a CRM and direct marketing veteran, was previously managing director of Customer Asset Management, a CRM consultancy.
