Harte-Hanks begins real-time analytic marketing initiative

San Antonio--In a move that underscores the increasing desire of b-to-b companies for analytic platforms, Harte-Hanks Inc. has launched Retail Daily Sales Builder, software that lets retail marketers leverage transaction data for on-the-spot sales analysis. It can be adapted to b-to-b loyalty and retention programs as well, and used to develop tailored post-purchase triggers to automate cross-marketing. The launch comes soon after Harte-Hanks unveiled a partnership-driven customer relationship management focus, entering deals with companies including E.piphany Inc.
