Harte-Hanks expands database coverage of tech installation, spend status

By Published on .

San Diego—Direct marketing company Harte-Hanks has expanded its business market intelligence to include new IT installation and spending estimates in networking, storage and telecommunications for more than 15 million small-business locations in North America and Europe.

The new database fields enable tech sellers to target businesses based on the likelihood that they have such tech installations as T1, T3 or OCx network lines, wide area networks, ATM frame relays, ethernet and multiprotocol label switching.

Harte-Hanks estimates that there are more than 3 million businesses ranging in size from 10 to 100 employees that represent more than $117 billion in technology spending potential in the areas of hardware, software, storage, telecommunications, IT services and outsourcing, as well as budgets for new and replacement equipment.
