Harte-Hanks launches ADQ Direct

Glen Burnie, Md.—Direct marketer Harte-Hanks announced Monday it has launched ADQ Direct, a Web portal that provides self-service data quality services for its clients.

Those services, which leverage HH’s Advanced Data Quality technology, include verifying, correcting and enhancing multichannel contact information in the client’s data warehouse. The company said the service also ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.

"With this Web-based solution, our clients have access to what we believe to be an optimal combination of licensed postal products, proprietary data quality sources, and the best third-party sources commercially available, which provides them with current, accurate multichannel contact information," said Kathy Calta, corporate officer and senior VP at Harte-Hanks, in a statement.
