Harte-Hanks names chief customer officer, direct marketing

Jacksonville, Fla.—Direct marketing company Harte-Hanks has promoted Jim Davis to the new position of chief customer officer, direct marketing. He was previously corporate VP. The company said it is developing a team under Davis' direction to “raise the level of client experience to a best-in-class standard across the range of data-driven marketing services” that it offers.
