Harte-Hanks partners with Before the Call

Atlanta—Harte-Hanks on Monday announced it has formed a partnership with Before the Call, a sales intelligence company launched this year that works in tandem with online CRM provider Salesforce.com. The partnership will enable users of Before the Call’s application to access Harte-Hanks’ CI Technology Database and its IT profiles of 680,000 businesses in North America, Europe and South America. “Our partnership with Before the Call enables our combined customers to determine exactly which business sites are planning to buy and which are using specific technologies,” said Randy Wussler, managing director, market intelligence at Harte-Hanks, in a statement.
