San Antonio--Harte-Hanks Inc. said late Monday that it has released a new component of its CI Technology Database that's designed to provide insight into customer relationship management programs. The company plans to track the implementation of CRM programs at more than 580 companies and dispense that data to marketers using its CI Technology Database service. The move is significant because Harte-Hanks is a leader in providing marketing intelligence to technology industry marketers. CI Technology Database tracks 400,000 business sites in 25 countries and includes data on how much each business site spends on computer hardware and software.
