Harte-Hanks reorganizes direct marketing division, promotes four

San Antonio—Following disappointing financial results announced last week, Harte-Hanks Inc. has reorganized its direct marketing operations into four separate focus areas and named leaders for each. Brian Dames, formerly head of database and data services, was named exec VP-customer solutions; Jeannine Falcone, who has led the company's Agency Inside and digital solutions, is now exec VP-customer strategy and engagement; Andrew Harrison, the company's top human resources executive, adds the title of exec VP-people; and Tony Paul, who led Harte-Hanks' direct mail and fulfillment business, was named exec VP-customer delivery. Last week, Harte-Hanks announced second quarter revenue of $199.1 million, 6.5% lower than in the same period last year, with a net loss of $109.7 million. It blamed the result on its direct marketing operations. Gary Skidmore, former president-direct marketing, left the company at the end of July.
