Harte-Hanks taps CIO, reorganizes European CRM business

Chicago--Harte-Hanks Inc. named David LaGreca to the position of chief information officer, Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing. The announcement, which came at the Direct Marketing Association's 84th Annual Conference & Exposition at Chicago's McCormick Place, underscores the increasing emphasis that Harte-Hanks-originally a newspaper publisher-is putting on its direct marketing technology business. Previously, LaGreca was senior VP-technology, CRM services, for the San Antonio-based company. Separately, Harte-Hanks announced that it reorganized its European customer relationship business into three separate businesses: CRM services marketing within the U.K., CRM services for continental European marketing and high-tech market intelligence-Europe.
