Harte Hanks taps IBM privacy chief for new position

San Antonio, Texas—Direct marketing giant Harte-Hanks on Tuesday said it has appointed Matthew P. Leonard to information policy director, a newly created position, effective immediately.

Leonard was previously manager of customer information, policy and privacy worldwide, at IBM Corp. Leonard also serves on the Direct Marketing Association’s privacy and ethics committees.
