Hayzlett resigns as Kodak CMO

By Published on .

Rochester, N.Y.—Jeff Hayzlett has announced his resignation as CMO of Eastman Kodak Co., effective May 28, the company said Friday.

Hayzlett said he is leaving to “pursue personal projects” and will provide transitional services through the end of August. He was named CMO in January 2009, after serving as chief business development officer and CMO of the company's Graphic Communications Group.

Kodak said it plans to reposition the role and structure of the office of the CMO to best meet the needs of its growth strategies.
