Austin, Texas—HC&B Healthcare Communications announced the formation of a full-service digital division that will provide strategy, Web design, Internet marketing and online media services. The division is led by Steven Roy, director of interactive at the agency. HC&B serves the health care industry, including medical equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, physicians and managed care organizations.
