Palo Alto, Calif.--Hewlett-Packard Co. announced the redesign of its Web site,, featuring customer-specific areas and a simpler graphic layout. The revised site delivers dynamic content using "rolling billboards," which provide access to personal information, events and promotions based on customer segments. The site debuted Tuesday.
