Highline Media acquires Bloomberg’s ‘Wealth Manager’ magazine

Hoboken, N.J.—Highline Media, a financial and insurance industry business media company, announced it has acquired Wealth Manager magazine from Bloomberg L.P. Highline also acquired the Web rights to Wealth Manager and a companion book series. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bill DiModugno remains publisher and will report to Thomas A. Fowler, VP-group publisher of Highline’s Financial Magazine division. Richard Koreto was named editor of Wealth Manager, in addition to his responsibilities as editor of Advising Boomers, a quarterly. Koreto was formerly executive editor of Financial Planning magazine. The Jordan, Edmiston Group represented Highline in the acquisition.
