Hill, Holliday launches CRM unit

Boston--Ad agency Hill, Holiday Connors, Cosmopulos has launched Hill, Holliday CRM and hired Tony Mayo to head it up as senior VP-general manager. Formerly, Mayo was co-acting CEO of direct marketer Epsilon Inc. The move comes as Hill, Holliday's competitors, including Grey Global Group Inc., strengthen their CRM abilities to compete with technology-only providers.
