Chicago—Veteran advertising executive Gordon Hochhalter is leaving b-to-b agency Mobium to form a consultancy that will focus on nonprofit organizations. Hochhalter, creative director and partner at Mobium, said in an interview with BtoB that he will leave Mobium this week to start ART, a consultancy, “to help cause-driven organizations connect more innovatively with their tribes.” “ART will focus on things like charities, foundations and museums, but there also are companies—especially professional service firms such as architects, design firms and some ad agencies—that are cause-driven,” he said. “These would be included among the people I hope to talk to.” Hochhalter, who has spent 21 years at Mobium, is currently working with the Vanishing White Matter Foundation, an organization that supports research about a disease of the central nervous system.
