HootSuite integrates with Webtrends for conversion metrics

Vancouver, British Columbia—Social media management company HootSuite Media has announced an integration with Webtrends Analytics for HootSuite's Enterprise clients. Webtrends will add to the HootSuite social media management platform reports showing connections between social media messages and website conversation, including sources of the traffic and social platforms that provide the greatest ROI. The added metrics allow a level of social marketing measurement “consistent with SEM and display ad marketers for accurate comparison across channels,” HootSuite said in a statement. The integrated HootSuite-Webtrends capabilities are available free to HootSuite Enterprise and Webtrends Analytics On-Demand clients.
