HootSuite introduces social CRM tools

Vancouver, British Columbia—HootSuite Media has announced new CRM tools to help businesses monitor their social media activity.

Among the new features are filtering tools that allow users to sort columns by social influence (how much reach followers and their contacts enjoy); a new “Insights” tab that provides social profiling information about contacts and followers; and integration with Zendesk, an online help desk for social media customer support.

HootSuite also announced that it will introduce in the next few weeks a paid premium service that will include unlimited social network tracking, unlimited RSS feeds and advanced analytics and reports.
