Hoover's adds features, functionality for Salesforce customers

Austin, Texas—Business research company Hoover's Inc. has added features to its new Access Hoover's 3.0 service on Salesforce.com's AppExchange 2 for Salesforce.com customers and doubled contact access to 65 million companies and 85 million individuals.

Other key enhancements in Access Hoover's 3.0 within Salesforce include the ability to view and import competitors as well as parent company subsidiaries as accounts or leads, identify potential conflicts of interest and uncover cross- and up-sell opportunities, according to the company.
