Austin, Texas—Hoover's, a provider of business information, has upgraded its online list-building solution, now guiding users through the list-buying process with a free preview of records that match search criteria. Hoover's Lead Builder tool also now allows users to view each list's total record count and cost upfront before deciding to buy, and saves list searches to enable users to create lists for purchase at a later date, according to the company.
