Published on .

Washington, D.C.—The Postal Accountability & Enhancement Act was unanimously passed out of the House Government Reform Committee Wednesday and sent to the full House. Recently added provisions include flexible salary caps that would allow the USPS to offer bonuses to employees similar to incentive programs in other sectors.
