HP announces customer engagement management services

Palo Alto, Calif.—Hewlett-Packard Co. introduced new services designed to help enterprise customers better engage with customers and increase efficiencies in their customer contact centers. The new offerings, called HP Transformation Services—Customer Engagement Management, are consultative services in which HP strategists gather data on clients' customer contact centers against industry benchmarks, then make recommendations in the areas of staffing, processes, standards and overall technology. In addition, HP provides mentoring and support services designed to help clients optimize their customer contact centers.
