HP merges printing, personal systems groups

Palo Alto, Calif.—Hewlett-Packard Co. announced the merger of its Imaging and Printing Group (IPG) with its Personal Systems Group (PSG) to create a new Printing and Personal Systems Group. The new group will be led by Todd Bradley, previously exec VP of PSG, who will serve as exec VP of the combined group. Vyomesh Joshi, exec VP of IPG, is retiring after a 31-year career at HP.
