HP rolls out Exstream Challenge

Palo Alto, Calif.—Hewlett-Packard Co. introduced HP Exstream Challenge, an online tool that helps businesses quantify the value of their customer communications programs.

The self-assessment tool asks business users about their customer communications environments, then provides metrics to help evaluate a customer communications management solution. The online tool is available at www.hp.com/go/exstreamchallenge.
