HSR Business-to-Business opens Chicago office

Published on .

Cincinnati--HSR Business-to-Business, a Cincinnati-based marketing communications agency, is set to announce Monday that it has opened an office in Chicago.

Cincinnati-based HSR currently has two Chicago-based clients: Allianz Global Risks U.S. and CCH, a legal publishing unit of Wolters Kluwer. George Rafeedi, a former HSR employee who was most recently a marketing executive with Baxter Healthcare Corp., heads the new office as VP-managing director. The office expects to have six employees shortly.

HSR recently opened a Washington, D.C., office to pursue aerospace and homeland security marketers in the region.

The new Chicago office is also part of HSR’s long-term goal of expanding its footprint beyond the Ohio Valley. Segal has particularly coveted a Chicago office. “I could see this becoming our headquarters location,” he said, adding: “The only reason we’re in Cincinnati is that’s where our mothers gave birth to us.”
