HSR employees killed in auto accident

Published on .

Cincinnati--Three HSR Business-to-Business Inc. employees were killed and another was injured in an early-morning car accident Thursday in Indiana.

The employees were traveling from Cincinnati, where the b-to-b agency is based, to a client meeting in Indianapolis when the minivan in which they were riding on snow-covered Interstate 74 collided with a tractor-trailer.

“God has blessed our lives with the privilege of working alongside each of these talented individuals,” said Rick Segal, CEO of the advertising agency, in a statement. “The tears flow torrentially here at HSR and our hearts are full of both grief and love for all who have been touched by this tragedy.”

Killed in the crash were 31-year-old Barbara Conry-Dressman, VP-public relations; 36-year-old Patrick Cunningham, client service executive; and 27-year-old Kevin Pfirrman, a public relations consultant. Kevin Dugan, a 32-year-old senior public relations consultant, survived the accident. He was to undergo surgery Friday for breaks in his right arm.

Details of funeral arrangements, when they become available, will be posted on the HSR Web site, www.hsrb2b.com.
