IAB claims business practices of Gator.com infringe on IP rights

New York--The Interactive Advertising Bureau said the business practices of Gator.com, a service that covers up advertising on Web sites, infringe on the trademark, copyright and intellectual property rights of Web publishers and advertisers. The IAB said it intends to pursue options on behalf of its Web publisher members with appropriate federal agencies.
