IAB forms ad agency advisory board

Orlando, Fla.—The Interactive Advertising Bureau has formed an Advertising Agency Advisory Board to spark dialogue among agencies, publishers and marketers.

The board, introduced Sunday at IAB’s Annual Leadership Meeting, Ecosystem 2.0: Brands Battle Back, here, is intended to “infuse the agency point of view” to a greater extent in IAB guidelines and enhance the creativity of online campaigns, according to the organization.

The members of IAB’s Advertising Agency Advisory Board are: Chairman Brad Brinegar, chairman-CEO, McKinney; Tom Bedecarré, CEO, AKQA; Jeff Benjamin, interactive creative director, Crispin Porter+Bogusky; Alan Cohen, CEO, OMD USA; Colleen DeCourcy, chief digital officer, TBWA Worldwide; Brian DiLorenzo, director-integrated production, executive director-content, BBDO; David Droga, chairman, Droga5; Sarah Fay, CEO, Carat North America; Maria Luisa Francoli, global CEO, MPG; Jean-Phillippe Maheu, chief digital officer, Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide; Benjamin Palmer, CEO, Barbarian Group; and Steve Wax, partner and co-founder, Campfire.
