IAB releases Quality Assurance Guidelines 2.0

New York—The Interactive Advertising Bureau has released Quality Assurance Guidelines 2.0, which seek to provide assurance to advertisers that their ads will not appear next to inappropriate content. The guidelines address topics such as compliance, mobile, transparency, video and real-time bidding. The scope of the guidelines has been expanded to include not only ad networks and ad exchanges but publishers, marketers, agencies and trading desks. The guidelines also address third-party validation of an advertiser's certification of compliance.
